Stephan Badal 2009 Bridal Collection

      

Stephan Badal, designer from fashion metropolis Antwerp, creates fashion for the new woman, who is wife, mother, friend and carrier hunter. Stephan Badal, aged 35, completed his education at the department “Couture” of the Charles Montaigne Academy for fashion in Amsterdam.

In order to perfect his skills in making patterns and the execution of his creations, he had a supplementary education at the Bob Molenaar Fashion school in Amsterdam. After his study, he worked for 3 years as head designer in various fashion houses in the Netherlands. In 1996 he created his first own collection, which he showed in the most classy dutch golfclubs in the Netherlands.

In this way, he created a clientele what made it possible to give a first really big fashion show in the monumental ´´Magna Plaza´´ in Amsterdam in the summer of 1999. This show resulted in 46 publications in the most important fashion magazines, news papers en business magazines. They wrote ´´The Netherlands are ready for Mr. Badal´´ and called him and his creations spectacular, feminine, classy and with an eye for detail.

In more than ten years of experience designing and working with women, Cocoe has produced a bounty of collections and custom ensembles for bridal, evening and special events.

Many pieces within her collections are timeless, transcending seasons and trends. Cocoe is continually inspired and challenged by brides who aspire for a dress creation beyond the commonplace and who embrace the fashion fantasy that is COCOE VOCI.

Kate Sherford 2009 Bridal Collection

      

Kate Sherford has worked in the bridal industry for nine years and has designed her own collections of wedding gowns for the past five. Her work continues the company’s thirty year tradition of producing the best of English designer wedding gowns, previously under the labels Andrea Wilkin and Peter Brandon.

Every gown is handmade by a dedicated team of skilled cutters, seamstresses and hand beaders in Taunton, Somerset. Many of the designs include a level of corsetry that requires a very high standard of cut and fit. The design direction is soft and feminine incorporating asymmetric waistlines and big skirts with ruching, gathering and lace; and a key fabric is taffeta in a wide range of subtle colour mixes.
