Fergie and Josh via US Weekly
Posted by kally in fashion horror, steal that style on February 22, 2009
Us Weekly was the first to reveal gorgeous official photos of Fergie and Josh Duhamel’s Jan. 10 wedding in Malibu.
Ok, now that we pasted the US weekly introduction I can say what I really it. I HATE IT!!!! Fergie looks like… well… hmmm… Fergie.
Why do I hate it?
Reason 1: She looks like she’s ordered the gown 6 months ago and now she can barely breath in it. Hey, I’m no size 0 but at least I know how to choose my outfits so I won’t end up a size 312.
Reason 2: There’s nothing I love more (not!) the a bride who looks like a … well, you figure that out. Extra short gown, hair all over the place and a smoking guitar player… a bride’s dream.
Reason 3: It seems like the brides first words have been ‘I’m married, bitches!’… such class, such style, such manners. How could I not love it? Well… I JUST DON’T.
Reason 4: Why do they have to offer footage from the nuptial bed? I really don’t want to see Fergie without the gown… she sure looks like there’s a lot of her.
But I did love the flower arrangements

How many NO’s do I have to say? Many I asume. Try to get a dress that fit you, or you risk ending like the happy lady above

When there’s too much red… there’s too much red. You simply can’t argue with that. So why get such a mixed up dress exactly on your wedding day? Try to wear one on Halloween … might even work.

No, no, no…. definitely NO…. Black on your wedding day? NO way.
Let me tell you a story, I’ve adored rock and it’s rock stars since I could barely walk, my folks are into rock and classical music so I never quite listened to anything else. Obviously when I grew up I was a teenager with a very authentic Gothic look, black sometimes red/blue/green hair, black clothes, black make-up and black nails. And I had that look for more then 5 years…. then something happened.
I understood that even do I was different of the majority, I still looked like all the rock chicks in town. So I started to develop my own style, gave up my trashy look and became more of a fashionable rock little star. It’s not that I’ve settled down (dah, I have a wedding planning blog.. I can’t say I’m a true rebel anymore
) it’s just that I understood that my opinions don’t have to be shown only in the way I look.
I’m a rock fan as much as I was when I was a silly teenager … it’s just that i don’t look like a total fashion horror tramp. So, why choose a black wedding gown? Only because you want to shock? Well, go ahead … if your wedding is for what the others thing of you; if your gown is made to respect everything you believe that others think of you.
As a matter a fact is a question of taste … but my advice is NO.
* the black gown I’ve chosen are quite nice… but I’ve seen much worse; Don’t

I never understood the system an most certainly i don’t approve it. How the hell can you wear such a thing in the most important day of your life??? Some think otherwise but I’m sure either they were very depressed either it was a Tuesday….. a black Tuesday ![]()
The one that has the honour to appear on Fashion Horror is the “wonderful” Celine Dion …which (don’t tell anyone) doesn’t look so damn good in her best days either
…. but what made her decide on THIS DRESS ??? and most of all where did she found that thing on her head? at a Christmas decoration sold out??? Most probably ….
