Glamorous, hot, sexy, elegant, antagonist, powerful, shy or simply stunning … you name it Fashionbride’s got it. Find the dress you dream and the accessories you need. Embark yourself for the journey of your life in style with me.

FashionBride was a project that meant a lot and means even more now, because it was a real challenge for me.

Back in November 2007, when the blog was created, I was still rather interested in UFO’s then brides, and sometimes I still think I’m more into the “single and peaceful” then “married with children” … but that really is another story. That didn’t mean that I was clueless about what’s going on in this industry; let’s face it, I worked as an editor for a beauty magazine, what where my chances …

But I’m not complaining. The time spend as a beauty editor thought me one thing: the world looks better when you look at it trough a beautiful glass. So, when I had to accept a friends bet and start a blog, my first idea was “FashionBride”. Just like that. No further comments.

It was love at first … semester. Cause even do I really liked working at FashionBride the real deal started when people got really interested about the project. When I started to receive dozens of e-mails from brides all over the world asking me this or that.

D&G

FashionBride developed day by day, having now almost 2.000.000 views and over 1.000 reviews. Some say my reviews are too short.; that’s cause FashionBride wasn’t created to tell you what to do, my purpose is to let you know all the opportunities you have.

I want you to come here and say “I like this. I don’t like this. I’ll call this designer. I’ll stop working with this stylist. I’ll get married next year” and so on. I’m not planning to lecture you or tell you what to do and when I do is really because I mean what I say.

The blog is really easy to work with. You have it all classified by categories, you can search by tags and words and you can post your comments and appreciations on every page (use the Home tag to bring you back on the first page), at FashionBride or post an announcement on the Announcements page. You can use Announcements as a front page where you can let the others know that you want to sell or buy a wedding gown.

Keep in mind that FashionBride has no commercial purposes, so I do not poses information such as prices, terms, agreements or inside details (if not otherwise stated). One of my greatest challenges is to offer you guys great information, news and interviews with one of the top designers in the industry.

The point I’m trying to make with Fashionbride is that every bride should follow her intuition and her fashion instinct; never let go of your style… if you’re a bride then don’t try to be like the other 500 before you.

Make your wedding day a special one and be, most of all, happy… cause everything will be just fine.

And I’m sure of one thing :

every bride or women/girl that plans/dreams on being a bride will find all she needs in here, so make Fashionbride a favourite and keep the comments comin’.
Love,

Kally

    Hi Laura,

I’m glad I could help. But you have to keep in mind that those prices are from an European retailer, so the prices may be different in other parts of the world or even among EU countries.

No. That’s why FashionBride exists! If I’d have intended to give the collection I would have made an e-mail database, but I have a blog!

All the gown will be featured here. If you like to see them you’ll return if not… well, not.

    Hi Kally,
I am surprised I only found your blog today, as I thought I had already seen all there was on the internet. Encouraged by beautiful blogs I was hooked on, written by fellow brides-to-be, in February this year I started my own blog, chronicling my wedding preparations:) Although it is 3 months after our wedding, I still continue blogging. For my post today I was looking for an image of a Valentino Sposa dress from the 2009 collection and discovered your blog. I am adding you to my blogroll straight away. Although my blog is in Polish (which I decided to do on purpose as the internet is full of great bride blogs in English, there’s hardly any in my native language) I hope you enjoy looking through the images:)

on wordpress I also have a street style blog, but it’s only being started so there’s not much I can invite to yet, I’ll be working on developing it: http://islandfashion.wordpress.com/

I can’t wait to explore your blog more:)

Hi! I am in love with the acQuachiara 2008 collection. Where can I find her dresses in the United States? Does she herself ship to the US? I really would love to wear one of her dresses when I get married. Any help you can provide me with would be great!! Thank you!

  12. kally Says:

    Hi,

I’m not sure if they have a store in the US but you can contact them http://www.acquachiara.it/# and find out. If not maybe you’ll visit Europe ;) (it’s not so bad :P )

  13. Cristina Says:

Thanks Kally! I tried emailing them before and haven’t heard back yet. Hopefully I will hear something soon! I so wish I could take a trip to Italy just to get a dress!!! :) Thanks for the information, though! If you hear anything please let me know!

    Hi Kally

I have seen your write up on Pronovias wedding gowns here. Love it, absolutely gorgeous! Thanks……..

I have a question here, I have a picture of a Pronovias (not sure whether it was a Manuel Mota?) wedding gown but I can’t seem to find the name of the dress anywhere on the net.

    Could you possibly help please?

Ooppss… I can’t attach a file here……. can you let me know how to do so?

    Many thanks..
